I won't be mad at the people who disliked because that's what Mr Rogers would want

"I'm not a smart man...but I know what love is."-Forest Gump

Fred Rogers loved everyone. It's only fitting that he be played by Tom Hanks. According to Mrs. Rogers, her husband Fred loved the movie Forest Gump. I look forward to seeing this movie. I think the world needs Mister Rogers now, more than ever.

They should make a movie for the late, kind, loving artist Bob Ross. He deserves the honor just like the late, kind, loving Mister Fred Rogers. Please give me thumbs up for this.

I can see how hard Tom Hanks tried to act and sound like Mister Rogers. Thats not an easy character to master.

Let's be honest: Tom Hanks is the only actor wholesome enough to get away with playing the great Mr. Rogers

I know it’s for his role, but Tom Hanks is getting old. We lost Robin Williams, Michael Jackson, John Witherspoon, etc... We need to do A better job at fully appreciating what we have.

Mister Rogers car was stolen once.
It was returned three days later with a note saying "if we knew it was yours, we wouldn't have taken it."
I really hope that makes it into the movie to show even criminals respected the man.

I’m from Australia, so I never heard of Mr Rogers, but I watched this movie lastnight and it made me wish I grew up watching his show. He seemed to be just about the most nicest, caring, kind-hearted person, from what I’ve learnt about him and his show. And reached out to a lot of kids (and adults) in need, emotionally/mentally. Just like the movie shows, with the character of Lloyd. How to deal with his emotions in a good and positive way. Especially when it comes to anger. Sometimes holding on can be more harmful for ourselves, than letting go.
