Memento Summary

Leonard Shelby is tracking down the man who raped and murdered his wife. The difficulty of locating his wife's killer, however, is compounded by the fact that he suffers from a rare, untreatable form of short-term memory loss. Although he can recall details of life before his accident, Leonard cannot remember what happened fifteen minutes ago, where he's going, or why.

Don't believe his lies. Now that's one hell of an iconic sentence.

From my experience, it actually gets better and better the more you rewatch it as you will catch more and more little hints and details that would have helped you solve the puzzle the first time around, but are barely noticable at that time.

There's just something unsettling about having a picture that you took of a dude smiling, with the cryptic words "Don't believe his lies" written on the back and having no idea why.

@iamthelocust Actually I believe that the scene where he had the I've done it tattoo is just his imagination. He was with his wife in that scene and his wife had long been dead. :/

@ImINFAM0US You’re right. I haven’t seen all of his films. I never made theat claim. But overall, I’ve probably seen more films than you’ve seen. How many of Stanley Kubrick’s films have you seen? Orson Welles? Terrence Malick? Woody Allen? Yasujiro Ozu? Akira Kurosawa? Ingmar Bergman? Michelangelo Antonioni? Federico Fellini? Charlie Chaplin? Hmm?

@mobspeak You didn't simply ask questions, you said the story was ridiculous without even knowing it. You should really see this movie, Christopher Nolan is such a genius.
